The purpose of this research was to develop normal tissue complication probability treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy (grade ≥ 3) in head and neck cancer patients treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) or volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT) at any point treatment, using machine learning (ML) techniques by integrating clinical data, dosimetric data, and radiomic features, and to assess the significance of dosimetric features for the NTCP model developed.
