This research focuses on the development of an automated treatment planning system for breast cancer patients receiving Field-in-Field (FIF) radiotherapy by applying deep learning technology. The model was developed to utilize DRR images to predict fluence maps and reconstruct them into Multi-Leaf Collimator (MLC) position data. Maintaining the maximum radiation dose at the Planning Target Volume (PTV) comparable to the actual treatment plan, alongside reducing the mean dose to organs at risk, ensures the generation of radiotherapy plans that appropriately comply with standard clinical criteria.
