The purpose of this research was to design and implement remote dosimetry auditing in Thailand institutes. Introduction: Since multiple centers apply the modern radiotherapy technique in radiation therapy, it requires an elaborate treatment plan, resulting in highly efficient quality assurance (QA) to ensure the beam is delivered. precisely. The standard of QA (such as AAPM TG-142) is recommended for execution in all centers, the variation across center-to-center remains exist. As the importance of dosimetry auditing. Thailand has only an on-site audit option. It takes a high resource and consumes a worktime. The remote dosimetry audit option is interesting for implementing in Thailand institutes. Method: The virtual EPID standard phantom was used for remote dosimetry auditing. It was validated by using pre-treatment verification QA for the VMAT plan. Four VMAT plans were used in this process. After the validation, a remote dosimetry auditing protocol was implemented for the IMRT plan in six institutes of Thailand. The result was evaluated using global gamma-analysis(3%/2mm) and (3%/3mm). The audit issues were reported. The gamma passing rate from Thailand institutes was compared to the Australian and New Zealand institutes. All detail was concluded the feasibility of the pilot study.
