This research investigates the determination of RBE-weighted dose conversion factors from the microdosimetric kinetic model (MKM) to the local effect model (LEM) for carbon ion radiotherapy, conducted through the evaluation of treatment plans calculated based on the LEM IV model in conjunction with Monte Carlo simulations utilizing the PHITS code. The findings indicate that the tendency of the obtained conversion factors is appropriately consistent with prior research.
